Well, you most likely don't have a jet stuck open. A jet is simply a tube or other precisely sized orifice that transfers fuel from the carburetor bowl to the throat of the carburetor via venturi effect. Jets are meant to always be open. You get into trouble when they clog or become obstructed.

However, if you've got fuel pissing out of the carb intake, I'd suspect that you have a needle valve stuck open. This could be due to a piece of crap stuck in there or sometimes the evaporating gas will gunk up the path the needle valve travels in and it won't be able to close once you turn the petcock back on and the bowl is full. There's a ton of info available on the net, probably specific to your very bike, that will describe cleaning the carb. Spraying carb cleaner into the carb throat will not help the situation. Just my $.02.

i figured it out lol. I think the drain hose was just clogged. so i drained both carbs and snipped off the end of the tubes and it runs great now.

the last issue to fix is i have to redo the threads on the valve covers...the thing doesent stay down tight so it leaks. but after that everything should be done!

traded in my 11 wr450 today. finally after many years of dreaming of owning an orange bike i made her mine. :D and i must say, the quality of these bikes really is MANY times better than all other bikes I've ridden over the years.

    anyways, she's a 2014 300 XC-W

Though I'd probably kill myself on a 1000 sport bike which is why I ride dirt, at least it gets sketchy at 75mph instead of 150+ :D

True... Your ass puckers hard enough to make diamonds when you are 160-180... then you don't look at anything other than objects rapidly approaching and thinking about how much the wind is beating you up... and that is AIR

That's exzactly why I didn't say anything about the upgrades or trick stuff on her :) And yes Rhino (the black K12S), is beyond being a canyon monster.
