My brother has put over 80,000 miles on a at least 3 different EX500s (he might have over 80K on his 4th by now). They just keep going and going, you just need to stay on top of the maintenance (like ANY bike), which is why I would NOT recommend a new bike for you. Buying a new bike any time your old needs maintenance gets expensive fast, haha.

Damn that is crazy! I love it, it's a great bike. I wasn't thinking about getting a new one (I don't even have the money for a new one) I meant replace the front rotor. I just didn't want to buy a rotor and find out that is not the problem and put money into a piece that I didn't need. I would like to diagnose the problem first, that's why I came here

Make sure the front brake line is routed correctly and that the fender isn't rubbing anywhere.
Also on the rear, you could pull the rear wheel off if you really can't get that bolt out. You should be able to replace the pads then.
I would try soaking the bolt in PB Blaster or something for a while.
Might be wise to measure/inspect your rear rotor and make sure it's within tolerance.

Yea needs some number plates on it, I think 69 is a good choice if you put numbers on it.
