Thanks, already fixed the box with a Uni for now. I am going to do the whole Rottwieller set up including PCV with wide band O2 sensors, then I will be able to tow the Tacoma when I want to take a truck also on a trip!

Lincoln, Nebraska has to be the most boring place on earth to own a bike like that! I 'spose the hills of Missouri aren't too far away though.

Thanks guys! I love this bike and yes, its wasted on the flat and straights that are Nebraska roads. They love to wear out the center of my tires.... But, I'm waiting for KTM to come out with a smaller Adventure. Can't touch the damn ground on a bike like dougmatson's. Believe me, I've tried.

Lots of guys lower the suspension on them. I'm 5' 10" and can't flat foot on my ktm 990, but I'm used to riding tall bikes.

Wellllll.... I'm only 5'7" so, it would have to be a substantial lower kit... (let the bashing begin). May have to look at that new 650 V-Strom coming out. Maybe it wont be so ugly this time. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to own one of the current ones, but it could use some love in the design department. By the way, I'd love to have a 990.

My modding budget is currently going here. It's pretty much adventurized and next up is the suspension.

Pretty sure he was kidding since it's a 125. I'm not sure "the road" would make much difference in which one of you was the top speed dominator.

I got the joke after I hit "submit reply" lol. I'm sure he would smoke me around a tight auto cross course.

Dude that 690R is gorgeous! I'm just down the road if you want to go for a rip sometime let me know. I know most of the BDR's on this side of the state and a bunch of other interesting places to ride.

Probably less power than a scooter, Lol. But yes, the mileage is amazing.. around 100+ MPG. I just bought it for driving to the train and back (around 6 km) instead of taking my truck. Plus, it was on sale for $2000.00 brand new. :)
