Apes look OK. I guess for me, I'd like the bike with flatter more drag like bars.

I had a triumph speed triple so I've done the fast bike drag bars. Looking for something different this time around. Bobber bar hopper for me!

    Hey Badger,

Nice bike as well. Talked to the guy but he couldn't remember the brand name but "thought" they were the RPW's. Here is a short sound clip.....

Damn that thing sounds nice!!! I'll have to post a clip of mine. Yea those are RPW for sure they look sweet man and thanks for the complement. Do you know of any other performance mods done to it since you have the exhaust? I put a programer on mine and will do an intake soon.

I'm not sure of any other upgrades performance wise. I also was looking into the intakes. Only other thing the guy told me when i bought it was that Strokers in Dallas "mapped" the system. I'm seriously looking into a custom airbrush job next, got a really good deal on it!!!!!!

Yea on the 06 models you could just re-map them and be good. They changed the fuel system since then and a programer is needed now. What kind of intake system are you lucking at? I am looking at the Lloydz torque tubes. Yea I would love to get a custom airbrush job but mine is still to new to me to do that.

I don't think I need the hard lowers bad enough to pay an extra $3,000 over a Cross Country. My 'Roads is the best bike I've had so far, even though I wanted the 'Country for the tunes (got used to that on the Vision), but a $15k out the door price was hard to pass up.

Yea I am like you. I don't need all the extra stuff the Cross Country comes with but it would be nice to have. If I ever get a touring style bike that is what it will be. For now I love my Vegas 8 Ball. I paid $12,100 out the door and have about $3,000 put into it.
