Just my .02 but sportbikes on the streets (especially if you live in the city like I do) are "meh". With that said, thats why I rarely ever ride on the streets anymore. I bought my hypermotard last May, she's got 1400mi's on it and 400 are the only street miles I have on it. But then I'm a bit half assed since the bike is waay better on the streets than the track lol.

Based on a dirtbike, no passenger pegs, and the suspension really is not set up for 2 people.

I mean, if the two of you combined are under 240lbs, you could snug up the suspension, but then it would ride like shit when she's not on it unless you unload it.

I love the looks of that bike. It reminds me a little of my first bike, a 1974 Yamaha 650.

Love the Adventure bikes, so I now own two. I picked up the 650 Wee and decided to add a few options to it. "The Beast" is my coast to coast, state to state bike. The Wee is an all around everywhere bike. Both great bikes IMHO.

Here is my 2011 BMW R1200 Adventure- "The Beast"

I recently added the 2012 650 Wee strom to the stable- a great bullet proof bike. I added the GIVI "Trekker" luggage and GIVI engine guards, driving lights, GIVI and tank bag.

I'm in the market for a TW200 or Super Sherpa, but my plan is to sell my Triumph and buy a KTM 990 adventure next year. I spent a lot of time looking at a 2004 on advrider, but I just don't think I want a bike that old.

I love big adventure bikes, but I don't have time to go anywhere. My big fear is that I will end up one of those people with a three year old adventure bike with 6,000 miles.
