NEPH!! What the hell man! I hope wifey makes a good nurse:D I feel for ya:( but ol unc is in here too rootin for a fast recovery. Just try to stay still and non-stressed when you aren't tending to it-stressing out will intensify the bad. Mellow neph-and think up a reward for when you get well:)

I understand that, brother. The stints. The clots. All that. Usually the day after surgery you feel pretty good. But from there you will slide. They're right ... day 3 I especially remember being zonked. You'll be wiped and without energy. Plan accordingly. Get somebody to bring by some movies for you. Drink lots of clear fluids. Personally I would limit dairy. Vitamin Water or something with electrolytes is nice. And sleep when you can .. sleep's the great healer. But glad you're on the other side. Hopefully those anxiety attacks will now subside.

I did that 2 years ago. Sleep is 10x better. I got a neti-pot and started using it ~6weeks out. Just don't blow your nose!

Hang in there, trust me, its totally worth it.
