got my stints out this am.......holy hell....whatta difference!! i cant believe how much i can actually breathe now without having to use any kind of nose spray. the stints were weird as hell(yeah...i saved them, haha), bout 2 inches long or a lil more, and clear....when they pulled them out...felt like they were pulling something off the backs of my eyes.:D i've still got to irrigate some to wash out any lingering blood clots and such, but i think its gonna be awesome now. just took a nap.....havent really slept much since thursday night....and its a big difference now.

Hope the surgery gives you long lasting relief, a friend of mine had a sinus surgery and for a year after he had one long sinus infection kept going back, doc said all was good.

One night @ work he kept blowing his nose over & over I asked what was wrong he said not sure feels like something was stuck in his nose. A few sneezes larter a greenish blood tinged packing sponge comes flying out on the table. No more sinus problems after that, hope your surgeon counts better that my freinds did.:) Good luck I bet your glad its over, sinus surgeries can be a rough one.

I wish you a speedy recovery Will.

I didn't have sinus surgery, but had septoplasty when I had jaw surgery, so I know exactly what it feels like to have a swollen bloody nose you can't breathe out of. The pain of recovery is a bitch, but the end result of finally being able to breathe through your nose is worth every penny.

breathing is better for sure....just got done irrigating again, and had a little amount of junk come out, nothing major tho. i think im gonna keep up using the netti pot on a daily basis, just to keep my sinuses and all washed out and clean.

for whatever reason tho....my anxiety kinda came back a bit ago. i am really hoping this is something that phases out quickly.

    ^^^^^disregard the Canadian above me.

Well.......was breathing great when they took the stints out this am.......and after doing a few irrigations, can't breathe worth crap tonight. I'm hoping the insides are still just stolen and will shrink down over the next few days. Though I hated to do it...had to use a little nose spray to open my head up so I can sleep, and I'm wearing a breathe right step cause they help anyway.
