Here are the videos with the TB cover off. I would suggest using headphones. My guess would be the green idler bearing at this point.

Overall I do notice quieter operation after the fan bracket was replaced so maybe it was noise from that in addition to what it is being heard currently?

If no one hears anything out of the ordinary then I will stop worrying about it for now until something changes.

    Thank you

You could check the idler pulley - there’s ways to reuse the tensioner so all it would do is cost you time.

I just really can't say yours sounds any worse than mine.

A bad timing belt tensioner is usually pretty obvious and the timing belt flaps when you rev it.

It's also a mostly Honda problem unless you use a Chinese knock off...which brings us to "Where did you get your timing belt parts from?"

Counterfeit or China, bad. Toyota OEM, good.

with a long ratchet extension or a bit of a broomstick, anything that can transmit sound, put it on the bolt that holds the idler bearings on and put your ear up to it. It will be obvious which one(s) are the problem.

@cruxofthebisquit I got the kit from Amazon. I previously got one from ebay that claimed to be oem but both idler pulkeys were black which were suspect of being chinese knocks off and the thermostat did not have the Japanese Toyota stamp. So I returned it and got the amazon one 2 days later.

@Glamisman I've been using a stethoscope to try and pin point it. The upper green idler bearing was checked and it sounded normal. Nothing unusual. The lower idler puller I did not have access too unless I took the belts and fan bracket off.

Also checked the waterpump and it sounded fine. Pin hole on the top was clean so no indications of leaking.

Thanks to all that provided input. At this point I put everything back and will keep an eye for anything that changes.
