Heard any more news on the possible new Falcon?

 

I expect a few teasers coming in the next couple of weeks. Word on the street is that the official announcement will be Sept 1st. What remains unknown is the final cost. Everything is pointing to around $800 USD. I buy a lot of Lego and dropping $800 on many sets is easier to justify to the wife than on one set. Well see when it's available, I might have to do some creative accounting.

 

At 800 bucks; it better fly and be big enough for me to fit inside.

 

I have been to the one here in Florida. Pretty cool. If you like LEGO it is worth going.

 

Found a local brinklink vendor that was amazing. He hooked me up with these awesome sets.

 

Has anyone seen the new double Decker London bus kit?

I took a look at it at the store. I thought it was pretty nice, I just didn't like the scale. It's smaller than the rest of the creator cars. Plus it is priced higher than the others too.

 

Wow $140.

White whale acquired. The last modular I can afford plus a TIE I've been after for a while.

 

The Town Hall was the set that made me fall in love with Lego all over again. Also my first Creator Modular set.

Not as elaborate, rare or expensive as some, but I bought a boat.

I haunt the box stores for their clearance sales.
Sometimes it pays off.

 

The Wal-Mart at Military and 410 usually has some decent clearance items.

 

I also picked up 7660 Naboo Starfighter and 7661 Jedi Starfighter with Hyperring. Both are new with busted boxes/seals. I'll try and build them tonight.

7661 Jedi Starfighter with Hyperdrive Booster Ring. This took longer than I thought it would. I'm happy I was finally able to get it.

 

Picked up the entire set of Ninjago Movie Minifigs. Didn't open any yet and may take a couple back. FU Lego! Always tempting me and taking my money.
