There is always a possibility. I expect to see a few sets on sale for Black Friday. The only real deals are on the D2C sets since most others can be bought much cheaper from Amazon. For those D2C sets, you'll need to be quick as they sale out quickly.

I predict the classic batman set will be a little cheaper and the palace cinema could see a 20% sale for BF.

Lego doesn't tend to put D2C sets on sale unless they plan on retiring them and want to move the remaining stock. If you want to buy the Disney Castle I say double VIP points is your best time. You can use the points earned toward your next purchase (or save them).

[IMG] I remember I was so proud of myself when I finished building this, definitely my favorite set I had... sadly came apart over time so now it's spread apart in my Lego bin, along with all my other sets

I've always liked this set. I'm a clone wars fan. I just wish it was bigger.

Yesterday's visit to the Lego store. The heavy lift helicopter was $20 off, and I got another Pick a Brick cup of various parts.

TRU has 50% off all Lego Dimensions for Black Friday. So I completed Wave 9.

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
Alas, I fell victim to this dubious marketing ploy.

hey all! I am looking at getting my nephew a Lego Set for Christmas, as he is a huge fan of them now. He's 4 years old, will be 5 in January. I have given him all of my old legos and my old table since I have no kids of my own and we love playing with them together. Just wanted to see if you guys had any recommendations for a good set for him and I to do together. Probably ~$100? Thanks in advance!

I would say start with his interest. Does he like Start Wars, or construction vehicles, or more into buildings, etc.
Then go from there to pick something. Otherwise the range is just too wide to start looking.

I'm thinking lots of parts for bang for buck kind of thing. He like star wars, super heroes, and popular kids cartoons (Ninja Turtles, Paw Patrol, etc.). He hasn't done many "sets" other than small construction vehicles with his dad, but of course they don't stay built for long.
