Everything LEGO thread!

Awesome! I still have mine too! For the life of me, I can’t figure out where to keep it and I really don’t like moving it.

 

That’s my problem too. Honestly I’m listing it on EBay because I told my wife I love it but I need a more compact UCS Star Wars that I can display

 

That’s what I’ve been considering as well. It was a fun build but just a bit big and fragile.

 

I was sweating bullets with it in the back of my wife’s highlander when we drove it back from my parents house lol

 

Built this boat and brought it to work. Figured it fit the settings especially since I work at a lock and dam.

Got a few sets at home I'll see if I can take some pictures of.

 

Finished it up this evening. Neat build with the angled front and the shop details were pretty cool. Overall I'd say the mini-builds were a bit sparse. The Parisian Restaurant really is the winner with those.

The Lego store was out of stock... but the wal-marts had more tonight.

 

I got two of those.

 

I've got three and thinking about getting a couple more.

 

Why so many?

 

Because awesome

 

Had these dudes growing up... and never had enough. Then LEGO went all modern with minifigs... more detailed, facial expressions, and very few with sets.

For us older folks, this represents a tie to the past, with four original era figs for a cheap $10. Plus, it’s very likely that my $10 investment will be worth $20 or more in a few years. (Not why I buy them though).
