I think I had another forklift from another older set, but I can't find the fork piece. Sorta critical...

Even at $90? It’s a hard pass from me on price. Otherwise neat looking set.

The Disney is strong in this house. I have paid more for a plate to hang on the wall that was looney toons.

I have a long-term project that I've been working on for two years now. I have no kids of my own, but do have three amazing nephews that have taken to me as their "cool uncle" and I do my very best to encourage them to use their minds as much as they play sports.

Backstory on the Lego finale... their grandfather actually worked for Boeing on the lunar lander module. This is a long-term project for me. I took them on their first trip to the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum in the summer of 2017. While there, I made sure to take lots of photos of them in front of the lunar module, the exhaust cone of an actual Saturn V, the Lunar Lander, and a few others.

    01Copies.jpg 02Copies.jpg 03Copies.jpg

The Lego Saturn V, once completed, is in 3 different sections with a Lunar Lander as accessory. There are three nephews... I have all of them working on some piece of the Lego kit with me so that, once completed; each nephew will be able to have a section of the kit to keep with them forever, and I will print/frame the photos I took of them at the A&S museum to display with the Lego kit in a shelf/frame.

    IMG_8193.jpg IMG_8195.jpg IMG_8181.jpg

The hope is that it will stay with them throughout their adult years and they can put all three sections together when they re-unite. Long odds right now with their short attention spans, but that's also why I'm taking photos along the build to remind them.

Ha! I had to beg, borrow, and sell organs to get that one! It was one of the first from the initial launch.

Thoughts on the new Disney minifigures set?
Might try to pick up Chip and Dale, Scrooge McDuck and Huey, Dewey and Louie. Don't care much for the rest of them

    Meh...never really liked Nightmare.
But Chip and Dale were my favorite characters growing up. The McDucks were close behind. Duck Tales!

Got the LEGO Movie a couple days ago. It came with a few minifigs. They have bases with a coil in them. What is the coil for?
