2 inch RC level 265/75r16’s (1.5in RC spacers)
265/75r16’s on stock wheels with 2 inch level and 1.5 inch wheel spacers. I have full range, it clears cab mounts and bumper by about an inch on flat ground full lock. I’m going 285/75r16s next with a -12mm offset wheel next.

I ran them without the level and spacers and still no rub, except for where my bumper sags and it was only in reverse full lock . It broke when i was getting pulled out a hole the second week I got the truck lol. The other side cleared fine.

does anyone know if this tire size fits in the 3rd gen underbody spare tire compartment?
I think the stock tacoma 3rd gen off road tire/wheel is a 265/70/16

Currently running Yokohama Geolandar MT G003 265 75 16. I noticed I have some very slight rubbing on the UCA with stock SR alloy Y spoke wheels. Ordered some 1.5" spacers and will see how they run with them and widen out the stance a bit.

I put 265/75R16 BFG K02s on my TRD Pro original wheels. I get slight rubbing on the driver side OEM mudflap when turning left with even minimal nose-dive (hard breaking, downhill left turn)

Pretty happy with the way it looks. For the time being and the lift I have, I'm glad I didn't go the 285 route. I was talking to the tech at the shop I had the install done and he said there was a Tacoma in the week before with a guy trying to stuff 285s with only a 2 inch lift and they ran into a lot of problems (mainly due to the fact that his offset was -12 and his backspacing was high). The guy didn't want them to do any cutting or cmc. He said it became a true Mexican standoff, where the guy refused any suggestions and wouldn't leave the shop. I know a lot of people make it work, but i just didn't want to deal with cutting on my truck's first lift. I was just going for a simple clean look. I promised my wife I wouldn't get bigger tires until I have it paid off in 2 years....things can always change though right???

So I'm seeing mixed info, my question is. On a 2021 dcsb offroad, using the stock rims and stock suspension, can you run 265/75 tires without rubbing?
