Yep the Rotopax is the upper hoops and a mounting plate for the Rotopax system to bolt to that goes in the same spot as the Jerry Can Mounts. It also uses the same bolt pattern as the double Jerry Can Mount to mount to the tire carrier so those two can be interchanged.

Where is the best place to relocate the back up camera since the tire will block the stock location?

The best place for the camera is onto the main tube of the tire carrier, but I don't have a bracket to hold the stock camera right now. We mocked one up a long time ago so maybe we can resurrect that.

Or does anyone know if you can hook up an aftermarket camera to the factory wiring? I feel like getting an aftermarket camera that's built into a housing to hold it would look a lot better than a clunky bracket for a camera with a clunky housing that's meant to be hidden way inside the tailgate.

Or does anyone know if the 16+ camera has the same mounts?

Question for the group.... I received my bumper and installed it today but I cant seem to get my trailer wiring plug installed. This there secret to getting it to fit into the cut out? @4x Innovations any advice??

The bumper does look great though! Only down side is the lighting for the license plate....anything ideas out there for doing better?

How does the bumper feel in the open position with the table down? My fab fours swingout had lots of vertical play and I’m wanting to order this but I’m hoping there’s little to no play on the swingout.

Also @traxman25 what is the current lead time on a single swingout non high clearance bumper?

For getting the trailer wiring plug in, open the lid when sliding it through the hole. The tab for that catches on the hole.

Should be 2-3 weeks right now.

We have not received complaints about the led bolt lights breaking. If you're not happy with them there are several options available at a local parts store or online for different license plate mounts with lights built in.

    About halfway done...
I have made some progress. Got the bumper painted and installed. Fit and finish are perfect on my 2013.
Still need to finish swingouts, and mount extra rear lights.
I used a flap disk to lightly radius most of the sharp edges. My thinking was paint would cover the edge better if it wasn't so sharp.
Per Adams recommendation, I used the full POR-15 treatment. When chemically etching the metal I did get a nice foundation that got sealed with two coats of POR-15. Unfortunately, I had to file off or drill out my coatings on a few holes. Which I just recoated with q-tip dipped in spray paint primer. O well.
I also added some flush mount LEDs as side markers. Which I wired to my rear running lights. I was skeptical of the plate lights at first but they work great. I added a rubber washer on the inside which should keep the plate nice and tight.
Had to get a second heater in the garage to get the bumper above 60 degrees for all the painting. Winter has been tougher this year.
