The wheels on shawn_free's truck are the TRD wheels you can pick as accessories from the Toyota builder online... I presume its just a dealer option he picked. It's about 1k for the addition of the wheels.

    Thanks!

I picked them up off eBay for about 1K. You also have to purchase the spline TRD lugs for $140.

I like it . Tastefully done and I see a fully functional suspension lift . Can you tell me how far you sit off the bump stops ?

They are covered with Plastidip. A little bit of a pain - I'm not overly happy with how they came out. I just ordered a set of black Tacoma emblems off of Ebay for $60. They will be a direct replacement for the chrome emblems. I thought about debadging as well but decided not to.

My advice - buy the OEM black emblems if you want to go this route.

Thank you very much! Are they are easy to remove/replace? Are they on the glue?

They are easy to remove. What I plan to do is this.

    1. Take 3M blue painters tape and lay down the tape along the top of the existing emblem right up against the current double sided tape. This will create a top reference point.
    2. On the "T" side of the emblem, place a piece of 3M blue painters tape so that I have a side reference point.
    3. Use some braided fishing line and remove the existing emblem. Tying the fishing line to a couple of pens to create 'T' handles makes for a safe removal tool. After slicing through the existing adhesive tape, remove the double sided tape which remains. Since these trucks are new, it will normally come off fairly easily.
    4. Clean the emblem area with rubbing alcohol.
    5. Line up new emblem against your reference tape and apply.
    6. Remove reference tape.

Will do the same... Well, when I get my track :). 2-3 more weeks according to the dealer (Boston, MA).
Nice wheels and tube/steps too. Are those original (came with the car)? Btw, not sure if you are interested, but I just found this (to add more black to the track :) - http://www.warriorproducts.com/catalog-new/catalog/toyota-tacoma/body-armor/sideplates/. Not sure if 2015 version can be used for 2016 - just emailed them with the question. Thanks again for the information.
