Thank you. I took some quick pictures tonight. The wheel color is really tough to get a good picture. These pics show some contrast of light vs. no light.

Finally got around to having my windows tinted......right on time to beat the heat that's soon coming.

 

Truck looks great. I have the same truck as yours only Access Cab. Did your 3rd breaklight come clear/white or did you replace the lense. Mine is red?

All my lights are factory....I did, however, replace bulbs in a few of them, but no changes whatsoever in that 3rd brake light...same cover....same bulbs. Sorta scared to mess with it. Fairly bright, too.


The new led bulbs in the reverse lights work really well....really light up the areas behind my truck. No complaints over the factory 3rd brake light and bed light.

 

I think access cabs come red and double cabs come white from the factory.

2017 TRD Sport

 

Any black Tacomas in here with a black pro grille, that have blacked out the silver lettering? I just ordered a pro grille and will definitely paint/dip the letters black before I put it on. Ive looked around & have only seen a QS with black “TACOMA” on a pro grille.

Yea I thought they looked a lot better than the bulky 3rd gen boards. I was told they wouldn’t fit but as you can see they fit perfect. Good eye.

 

Are they slippery at all when wet?

 

Couldn’t really tell you. Im 6’4” so i dont use them. It actually slightly bothers me when other ppl do lol. But ppl seem to love to use them and ive never seen anyone slip. I’d love it

 

Took’er up and over Yellow Gap Road today. AKA SF road 1206. Fun easy ride. Pisgah National Forrest.
