Really? Would you be sticking with the crew cab or getting the double? I am a fan of that blue as well.

 

Well, depends on how you're applying it and whether or not you have a ceramic coating.

I think Meguires ultimate does the job pretty well if you're hand polishing and no special coatings. Optimum spray wax is pretty good too, but trickier to apply. I tend to use too much and it streaks easy, plus you can't apply in direct sunlight or on a warm car. Good side is, if you don't use too much like me one bottle will last you a really long time and it'll do a good job.

Any waxes that advertise they're for black cars just have fillers in them to fill in scratches and the like. They'll work, but not really anything special.

 

Gonna stick with the crew cab unless I get a Pro. Still early on in the decision process.

 

If I were to do it over I would choose MGM or white. Not that I don’t like black, just that much more effort to keep clean. Kind of gets old having two black vehicles in a row.

 

What kind of lift did you install? I love those wheels on the truck. Gives it the Baja look.

I have a Pro so there were no bed stickers on the bed. I have not taken the badges off as well because they are black on the Pro.

 

Nice another pro digging the topper.

 

Wasn’t crazy about the topper at first but needed for more volume packing the family up for summer vacay. But it’s grown on me. Although will prob flip back to a tonneau for the winter.

 

Is that vinyl TRD emblem ? Looks great. Who made that for you?
