    Anyone on here have a Black 3rd gen with Bronze SEMA TRD 17" wheels? I'm looking to put those wheels with 275/70R17's on my truck but I cant decide to go with black, gunmetal, or bronze wheels. :confused:

    Normal. That is pretty common amongst 3rd gens of any color, there's been a number of threads already about people pointing out that exact thing.

    thanks for the quick confirmation. I was scrolling through the pictures and it seemed most had a similar gloss or color shift.

    I have a '22 Limited I bought new and my front bumper also had a bit of a textured appearance from the factory. I wouldn't say it's dull or matte, just a bit of a textured appearance. You have to look close to notice the color difference, it's very minor.

    You know I thought the same thing after I got my '23 home. I bought it used with 2,800 miles. I looked at it pretty close at the dealership, but after I got home and stared at it in the driveway for a few hours I noticed the same thing. I also thought that maybe this truck had been in an accident and was repaired without carfax knowing, hence why someone would trade in a '23 TRD Sport thats fully loaded after just 2,800 miles. It seems the original owner bought my truck in North Carolina this past February, drove it for 2,800 miles and traded it to a Porsche dealer in Atlanta. When I first bought it, I just thought I got lucky and found a good deal on a loaded truck. Then after examining it for hours in my driveway, I too thought that it had been hit on the back and front, and they replaced the bumper with a sub par part. I looked at a couple other black tacomas I've seen around and they are also like mine. I think its because the bumpers are a type of plastic and the body panels are a Metal type, so they look a little different. Not that big of a deal, I was just more worried that I purchased something that had a hidden problem.

    My new (to me) 2022 Off-Road. Sadly had to let my 2011 GX go but got the Tacoma for what I sold the GX for (from my dad). Put the Wildpeaks (265/75R16) on today but no more money for anything else for now. Haven't decided if I will end up keeping the stock wheels or not in the future.

    Just picked this up 3 days ago, it had 18 miles. I traded my 2020 Gladiator in on it.

    Congrats!

    Last of the 2023s...

    I'm reflecting since it's been over 2 years since I brought my MB/Sport home.

    The stock wheels are 16x7, which is a good option for the 265/75 tires. Just curious: did you get the “SL” versions or the “LT?”

    Here’s my ‘20 SR I bought with 38k on it. Like someone noted a few posts previous, the front bumper doesn’t quite match the rest of the truck. I thought it may have had an undisclosed accident, which may be the case, but it’s mine anyway. I did learn to not buy a black truck at twilight. It needs a LOT of paint correction.

    Just a friendly reminder, please don’t be an idiot like me and let an idiot driver get the best of you. Road rage is no fun and I learned the hard way. This was a beautiful 2021 SR5 that was totaled with less than 13k on it.
    Please be safe out there. With the lord’s blessing, I now have a 2023 TRD off road and learned my lesson. IMG_3058.jpg

    @Deslamiz

    Whoa!

    Happy Wednesday?

    My train of thought on rude drivers...let them take it! (I try my hardest not to get infuriated)

    It's better to let them take it than be part of an accident.

    Glad you're alright...but what a lesson!
