    No...20"+ of chrome and no sidewall=ghetto.
    15-17" of chrome and plenty of nice sidewall= potentially nice :D

    I was originally thinking I would go with black rims but chrome ones seem to match better

    Chrome is nasty. Also for mall crawlers.
    Black is the way to go if you want new rims, but personally I would go for stock alloys painted black or powder coated.
