    I hate most of the new shit, but some of it is ok. I like Justin Moore and Jamey Johnson pretty damn good though. Heres a couple of my favorites.

    I have a few gripes about country music-

    First, if the artist wears a guitar he/she better be able to whip out a solo or improvise at the very least. This "strumming acting like I know how to play" is horseshit. Brad Paisley and Keith Urban are two artists that can rip it up.

    Second, write some of your own songs for christ's sake. It is just too easy to spit out someone else's words. Although this not exclusive to country music, they are the biggest offenders.

    Third, Taylor Swift is not country so don't act like it by playing her music on the country stations. It's teeny pop plain and simple. Stick with the tried and true and don't try to be "hip".
