    Yea she was gorgeous.

    There's very little natural reproduction that goes on up here. Seems like there has been more in recent years, though. They stock anywhere from fingerling to brooder fish. The majority of what is stocked is 6-10" bows

    Yeah problem is I open an atv trail and everyone wants to use it. Im putting my bait barrel about 150yds downhill and just on the edge of cleared timber line. Not visible from the access road.

    First time pheasant hunting... Got the one mounted on a piece of drift wood now and hopefully this season I'll get my first deer been 3 seasons so far and shot at a few and missed each time. First time out had a basket six walk up shot and missed then a while later a doe walked out I drew back on her and here comes the fawn so I let them go.

    Pretty much only fly fish, not very good with a spin rod lol.

    That said I can often be found with a trout magnet, gulp minnow, or the like on my line cause they work lol.

    Do you ever fish with the Bent Rod Media crew? They're from down your way....,

    Nope. Never heard of em. Just checked them out. Looks like they've been down here fishing noontootla creek farms. My buddy owns property adjacent to NCF. That's where they pretty 'bow came from. And the 24.5" that I posted.

    Ive passed a lot on momma does...although the baby will survive and join other deer in herd. Ive seen it before. Good luck and congrats on the pheasant.
