Spotted this one opening weekend birddogging at 250 yards,I think I did it a favor it is the worst looking yote I have ever seen.My hunting buddy stormed out of the hunt cuz he felt I ruined the deer hunt,But I was happy to test accuracy which helped on the deer above!:D

Nice deer and way to take a coyote out. I hate and try to kill them when I get a chance as well

Pheasant hunt last weekend with some friends and family. That's me in the front with my little brittany :D.

I let a couple of the guys use my 12 gauges so I used my wife's 20........even with heavy loads I missed more than I should have but it was still fun! My brittany has a bad hip so she pays dearly for it the next day but I give her the anti-inflammatory from the vet and she's OK. I hate not taking her....she lives for this stuff :(.

Nice looking hunt and good looking dogs. I hunt a brittany and my brother in law just got a german shorthair that we are working with now. I love the brittany as she is phenominal. And I wish we had an abundance of wild pheasants as we have to do paid hunts around here and then take trips to SD and Iowa to get the real thing. Like I said great pic

Thanks man! This is a paid hunt also :(......you would have to walk for a week here to get this many wild birds. I would like to go on a hunt in SD but just haven't planned one yet. As for the brittany, she is just incredible. I can never get over just how good her nose is, people don't believe how good they can smell until they see it in person.

Spent all morning at the lake.... Caught well over 60 yellow perch, couple chain pickrel, and blue gill, and a damn nice rainbow.... Ended the day with a couple hours of shooting sporting clays..... Made for one hell of a day:D

I went out this morning with my wife's younger brother for the last day of duck season.
We were almost to the spot at predawn when we saw 5 or 6 wild horses cross in front of us and linger by the side of the truck but I was not quick enough with the camera before they melted away in the dark...
    Then I realized that I have a hole in my chest-high waders.
    Then I realize I soaked my smokes.
Then I miss my first duck (easiest shot I'll ever have).
Then as we're packing up, I fall in the river, shotgun and all. My jacket was saturated.

But we ended up with a Mallard so that was nice.:)

I sat in the bathtub with them today trying to find a pinhole leak...Found it! But yeah, I like them a lot; I just wish they were camo. They were a gift so I can't complain.:)

Yea I deer hunt any way I can but running dogs is my favorite. I use beagles to run them and believe me theres nothing like hearing them jump and start your way then waiting to hear the deer sneaking through the woods. I like bow hunting and stand hunting too now but after sitting there with a bow for a month Im ready to hear a chase.
