Bw s256 turbo with 3 in glass pack dumped pre axle raptor liner bed and top rails and fenderflares and rocker panels. Hunter side steps. Plasti-dipped upper fenders and emblems. satin black spray paint here and there inside and out. 5100's set to 1.75" up front . C channel front bumper. Maxxis bighorn 255/85/16
Drove around and stopped by a little creek (like seriously maybe 1-1.5' deep) and wet a hook off the bridge and pulled a couple bass out on either side of 2 lbs... I was pretty shocked lol. Daughter caught this right off the bat and I caught one a little bigger later on. These and a couple bluegill found a new home in our ponds lol.

I hope this never gets old. It's way too much fun getting a bull fired up to the point where he's drooling and standing 10yds away!

I'd been chatting with this guy for 20 minutes or so trying to get him to come through the willows to the side I was on without any luck. I bumped uphill 35 yds to where I had a calf run out and back so I assumed there was a trail up there. No sooner did I get to the trail this guy had the same thought and appeared 20yds away. I quickly knocked an arrow and struggled to get my D ring clipped without making any movement. He steps out at 15yds looking straight at me. I'm in a terrible position, right on the trail. He knew I was something abnormal but continue to about 7yds directly above me before he'd had enough. He jumped back to 12yds. When he did this, I took the opportunity to draw and cow call to stop him from going much further. Instinctively I quickly settled the pin and released! The arrow hit its mark right behind the shoulder and hit the opposite shoulder blade and stopped. I gave him 30 minutes or so after hearing what I presumed were his last breathes to find him piled up less than 50yds from where I shot. Crazy how quickly these encounters happen! Now it's time to hopefully sweet talk some more elk for friends to get there first opportunity! IMG_20220904_211415_954.jpg

Here's a cool pic I took of my buddy. We did not have a chance to set up and the brush was to thick to get a good shot off.IMG_2566.jpg
