    yeah....its very disheartening. but, as some have told me....it happens to everyone at some point, and it wont be the last.........you''ll have that rarely on occasion. i like quick clean shots that do the job right away. and tracking aint fun, especially with zero blood trail, and crazy thickets.

    Found this pic over the weekend shot this coyote at about 200yd while my buddy held the spot light on it.... the coolest thing was that i dropped it right ontop of a fawn that it killed!

    Was lucky enough to go on another hunt with the guys at Veteran Outdoors. They took us to the NX Bar Ranch in Sheridan, WY. Got the Muledeer at 300yds, the Antelope at 106yds, and the Elk at 480yds. I missed the Muledeer at 30yds, grazed his neck, you can see the part in the hair that I made. Used a Remington model 700, 300 Ultra Mag.

    I put three rounds within an inch of each other at 100 yds. Recoil isn't that bad once you get used to it. You probably won't feel it if you got something big in the crosshairs.
