Dents in roof from poorly loaded canoe. Broken side mirror from blown transfer truck tire. Scuffed up front bumper from thinking I was still in a corolla. Graham cracker embedded upholstery from a crazy kid.
Maybe some inadvertent drafting going on? I sometimes draft off transfer trucks if I'm on the interstate (only a small part of my driving), but drafting for me is being 100ft behind them instead of 200ft. I think at 100ft I get a small advantage (maybe 0.5 or so mpg)

IMG_20160526_162110447.jpg Not bad mileage. One of those tanks were dedicated entirely to use with the "ETC PWR" turned on. I got 21.5mpg using "ECT PWR" ![GALLERY=media,

That's what I get on the hwy with the M/T. Greasing zerks today and changing oil still not a big fan of 10000 interval they will probably lower it next year.

My tank averages about 18.5. It seems like its very dependent on city vs country driving. Although, even out in the sticks I can't imagine getting more than 19.5 on a tank. I saw a trip mpg of 23 mpg once--coming back from a hiking trip in some mountains--so it was downhill the whole way.

34 in the front and 33 in the back. I am on OEM 17`` tires TRD Sport Crew Cab V6 Auto. Almost all town driving. Note those are Imperial gallons. Automatics are going to get better mileage than manual trannys. My US gallon average 17.9 MPG. Those truck screen shots don`t mean anything, You either do manual calculations or enter your data into FUELLY.

At least it's not just me. We are having mild weather in Texas right now so I've been trying to run this tank with no A/C. I'm 250 miles into it and a little over 19mpg. We shall see.

For science*! It may suck but one to two mpg that is around forty miles on a tank.. Air con should have a talk with the CAFE requirements, that's the real gas guzzler.

I grease the driveshaft today and did an oil change and it feels better already. I am filling up tonight and hoping for slightly better numbers on the next tank.

*Theories have been proven already, but one must prove with own vehicle for it to be fact. Fact.

70/30 hiway and hills where I live. Last ticket I got was $200, so I keep very near posted speeds. See fuelly below, average is 23.3.

I get numbers like that all the time at the beginning of a tank. By the end of the tank, it's 18mpg.

    That's awesome? Is it a 2wd?

Just filled up again today as well. 18.2 here. Through the first 7 tanks, it's been almost exactly the same. I need to get a little out of town rural road trip. I think a tank at 55-65 will probably give me better results. For my daily commute I'm thinking 18 is the number. I did grease my ujoints today, but I'm doubtful that will be anything dramatic. We shall see.

I have calculated mine a few times manually and turned out a little more optimistic than the truck's computer calculation. No funny business there. The truck's computer records are correct. IMHO.
