I can't help but think it's getting a little too stereotypical...

    I agreed...

I'm myself an Asian and I am probably a better driver than the other 90% morons out there. Stop the sh*t, guy/gals.

Learn to take a joke..... Good grief. After all the insults/shit talking on these forums now is when people are being offended?!

And my wife being a bad driver is a fact.

Why are people paying ridiculous prices for what is basically a Gen2 with a new nose? If no one paid these prices dealers would start knocking off 10 - 15% again.

Your bad joke is at the expense of entire race though and to be honest I wasn't really offended but when other people start at fuel to fire, it started to look really bad.

Ok, let's all calm down... It was meant as a joke, and it was taken wrong. I don't think it would have been posted if they thought it would cause all of this. From now on, think about what you are posting, and if you see something that offends you, calmly message the person directly and explain your position. It will save quite a few headaches, especially because what is publicly posted reflects upon the forum as a whole and every member here.

It was actually someone else who made the joke about his own wife. Glad to see people still get offended so easily.

Edit: Original post, as well as this one, was edited to cut down on the butthurt.

So much for a new engine, transmission, frame, interior, bed size, tailgate. I'm sure I'm forgetting plenty of other stuff. With all that they changed, enough remained. Why? Because it was a winning formula. They have the market cornered. Anything too drastic and they lose because they changed too much. Any thing too little and they lose. What else would you want them to change? Everyone says they didn't change enough. Please expand on that. The two main reasons the Tacoma sells so well is because of its reliability and its looks. They took what appears to be an existing engine and tuned it for a truck - reliability. They updated the exterior to make it fit in today's market - looks. The picture of the MGM third gen in the foreground with the second gen behind it really makes the second gen look dated.

No one is going to get those kind of prices on a new generation of a vehicle, especially the Tacoma. Your statement is directed at the prices you are seeing for pre-orders on the 2016 vs. what you could get on the dated second gen. With time that 10-15% will be achievable but to think you can get that now is ludicrous.

Good god, one post was already reported, now there's this. I thought this place was safe. I see tons of bullshit here. Guess since I'm new and not apart of the og, cool guy cliques I can't poke fun.

This is my fav photo of the new Tacoma. I wish the TRD OR models had the limited grill. Not sure why the chrome grill is on the TRD OR anyway. Aren't blingy parts supposed to go on models like the Limited? I suppose it would be easy to swap, but I hate that cheese grader grill. This MGM looks really good. The looks of the Tacoma are starting to look good normal to me, dare I say good even.

All they did is change sheet metal they say high strength still is aload of crap same truck like you said just different things you said. They change a few things to make people come back is all. They use the same parts inside and out just like the 15 models. And they can raise the prices to give us raises.

So far, the only thing I can really complain about is lack of electric seats. Is it a huge deal? No. I'll take the dual climate over electric seats.
