@Toycoma2021 my apologies for not getting back to you on this. Looks like the very pair I have. It’s just a triangle on the glass, which would make sense for BSM.

@2021 ToyotaTacoma grey this will be my second winter with them. So far still good. We get -45C up here in the winter, and they held up to that. Trucks got new, wider tires on it now, so I’m hoping they don’t destroy these. Going to adjust my rear fenders to at least cover the rear tires better.

@Toycoma2021 definitely interested to hear your findings as well. I’ve reached out to other companies that make mirrors and they’re hasn’t been much in return to make a better product.

    Long Post, lots of beefs:

OK, these mirrors are large, very large. They do a good job of seeing to the rear, but they impact the view to the front sides. I have not extended them yet as I got them for 4-wheeling to see my rear tires over terrain, not towing per say. RALF says there are no stops from them hitting the side of the door when folded, even though I knew about this I too am now dented. I will someday find some foam to apply to the door side. The extended detents are placed wrong for our Tacoma's; the right mirror when in the detent cannot be adjusted to see the side of the truck - there is just not enough adjustment in the motors to get the mirror to the proper angle. Plus, at the extreme full angle the mirror is bent and distorts the image. The left mirror can be adjusted to see the side of the truck, but then all the guts and internal wires are exposed. I will, when I get the time get into the mechanics of the mirrors and somehow, don't yet know how, change the angles or "clock" the detents to my liking.

The Blind Spot Monitor (BSM) indicator does not work properly in my opinion. The triangle is very, very dim, I do not see it well at any time but after dark. I believe the indicator is expecting 12VDC from the BSM and the Tacoma BSM only supplies 9VDC to the mirror. The stock mirrors work very well in this regard.

Unlike RALF my on the glass turn signals worked very well, the ones on the front of the mirror housing were not wired to work with the turn signals. I do not like the on-the-glass turn signals, so I rewired the signal to the front mirror housing lights. Also, directed the BSM indicator to the now available on-the-glass turn signal indicator. This works GREAT, I can now see the BSM indication at any time of the day.

The company does not claim to even have BSM, nor a puddle light as these mirrors indeed have. I don't think at this time I have a need for puddles, so they are not wired up. The company provides no wiring diagram for their additions to stock.

They look cool, they vibrate, they make wind noise on the driver's side, don't know about noise on the passenger side yet. They seem to be made in the same manner many other "Large Truck" mirrors are.

Heated they say, but I have not had to use it yet. The mirrors only seem just barely warm when I have turned on the heat to test. That would be a question for RALF.

As RALF said earlier the company is not known for customer service, I can attest to that. I had called them left messages and no return calls. One of the hinge covers came loose in the box and the hinge is defective. Again, customer service was not interested in the problems. I am capable of fabricating most problem out of the products I buy so I will. As it is today after closing the passenger door a few times I have to angle the mirror towards the door again - that is currently my worst problem with these mirrors.

Need help wiring the reverse lights and the turning signals, these were plug these were plug and play but my truck is an SR and doesn't have a wire at the plug for these functions. So I'm trying to wire at the fuse box inside but reverse has always power even if it's not on reverse.
Any help will be much appreciated.
View on these is awesome, I couldn't see at all when towing my boat.
    Tia

Question for people with Milenco mirros....I gave cheap 40$ strapped on mirrors that came with trailer. Haven't used much but they vibrate allot and find nauseating, and adjust...perhaps need to be tighter. Sounds from form no one complaining about that with the Milenco. Is that true or is that just what you expect with add ons? Also I met a truck and folded my driver mirror in...not liking that...anyone else get that? Thinking of the 2912 or 4381.

The bumper has an ARB sticker, try there. Another possibility is he fabricates, so it could
    be his design too.
