It's the same color, but this one resides in Arizona, and the one that was driven in the water was a texas one. There are several of the same color schemes around the world, and most likely the most popular. I remember talking to the owner, and I believe he said that Bugatti told him, there are so many of those color schemes that they would take some $$ of the MRSP, just because it is very common, but he really wanted the color, so stayed with it.
