I made it. It is called the recessed grille mod.

 

Here's mine. Not a "real" xs-p, but has dealer installed wheels and step bars. Lacking the carbon fiber dash bits. She's a sexy girl, yes she is.

As a side note, my 18" Deep Six wheels and tires are for sale now, and I'm looking for a set of 20" WT4's if anybody knows of where I could get some.

thanks phantom xsp! you rock. I didnt even think about ebay and I buy practically everything on ebay. I already have the xsp running boards on my 2010 trd sport but I am looking to buy some used enkei wt4 wheels now if you know anybody. I will be a poser xsp but o well at least it will look phat.
