    Can someone explain to me how to post a photo?

    Should just be able to click on the upload a file box below the comment box, and select one to upload.

    It says Image URL. what is that, or where do I find that?

    Copy/paste the link there. I use photobucket. I load all my pics there and then I get the link of each pic and post it. You can not do it directly from you computer, unless you do it via TW live using your TW live address.

    The photo icon in the toolbar is for image URLs. Looks something like http://www.some-website.com/path/to/image-file.jpg. You don't need the TW Live thing. I do it all the time. This image was from Google images. Open the image in a new tab or window. Copy the URL from the address bar of the browser.

    The camera icon in the toolbar is for inserting images you uploaded to your media library.

    For example, the image below is stored in my media. Clicking it will take you to my media files.

    The 'Upload a File' button below the comment field is for inserting files from your computer or handheld device.

    This is a file uploaded from my phone.

    From other browser, right click image, copy image, then paste image into the comment field

    From desktop, drag image into comment field and it will upload automatically
