    Pretty much stock right now
    There's a few rust spots on the frame that would have to be seen in person to know for sure. It may just be surface, but could be worse. The engine skid plate is as bad as mine, which I would not expect for an Atlanta vehicle. Did it always live in Atlanta, or did it spend time in cold weather?

    I would want to see the carfax or the Toyota Owner's website service records. You can run it there if you have the VIN.

    Post #12 I see a lot of rust on the frame, even 2 little holes.
