    just wanted to say... you guys got great products!!! I've been rocking this tail cap and after all the 2x4s, plywood, and drywall i throw into my car - it does NOT deform. Yeah, the powder is coming off BUT thats just wear and tear with the nature of what I do... it holds up 1000x times more than the crap plastic!!!!

    The new ones are a bit thicker you had said right @KB Voodoo ? Just curious if thicker will matter with a topper or not? I know the steel ones made toppers fit more snug a little better fit and all. Wasn’t sure before ordering or if anyone with a topper has purchased the aluminum ones yet. Thanks !!

    It's only thicker by a couple millimeters, so I wouldn't be concerned.

    I like the tailgate cap and could use one. Any chance you are going to make a 'low profile' one. I don't care for the gap the 1/4 foam spacer creates.

    A few mods here and there and counting....
    Agreed. I have the original steel cap and it has taken everything ive thrown at it. A few minor scratches here and there, but overall the powder coating has held.
