Anyone know of a good place to get my sport wheels powder coated? Can't afford a nice set of new rims so I am trying to be content on sprucing up my stock wheels in black with TRD center caps.

Interested in getting them looking like this:

IMO powdercoating wouldn't be worth it. I'd just plasti dip them if anything..

Powdercoating will cost about the same as buy new wheels after everything is said and done. You're better off buying new wheels. Powdercoating also runs the risk of ruining the integrity of the wheel. Plasti-dip might be your best best. Only bad part about the plasti-dip is that they hold dirt really well because of the rubbery feel. They don't stay clean for any amount of time.

You think so? I've considered that it might not be worth the hassle in terms of price, but I don't know what powder coating usual runs.
Yeah, I'm seeing the point. Only reason I wanted to avoid plasti-dip was because I wanted to coat the whole of the wheels. Since I am on the cheap right now though derping the rims is probably the best temporary option.

Thank you both for your replies.

Just paint them. I don't get why people are so scared of rattle canning their rims, but will Plast-dip anything they can get their hands on. Follow proper procedure to prep and clear coat afterwards and a good paintjob will last a long time. I've done this to 3 sets of wheels and they still looked good until I got rid of the cars. Best piece of advise I can give you if you want to coat the whole wheel is take the wheel off the car and paint the backside first, then flip it over and paint the face. That way you get full coverage and if you're unsure about your technique or the project, you're starting on the back side where people won't see your mistakes. I did this to all 3 using Dupli-Color wheel paint (and clear). You should really only need about 3 cans of each to get 3 coats of paint and 2 coats of clear.

I personally don't care for the look of plasti-dip. I don't even know if they have a gloss black finish dipped, because the matte I abhor. I like your route; it sounds like a trip to autozone is in order.

Probably around the $250 range for coating depending on how much competition there is in your area. I think the real hassle would be removing the tires, waiting for the powdercoater to get to them with your truck down, then taking them back to a tire shop for mount and balance.

^This. The hidden cost of undertaking such a project. You have to see it all the way through. Oh and FYI, the make a clear gloss for Plasti-dip. I remember when it was only used to coat the handles on my hand tools.
