Wore mine to work a couple days already. Didnt realize you could see the pink ribbon thru my work shirt .Had a couple of women ask me what was up with the pink ribbon..Had to explain that it was for a good cause..lol

Hey guys and gals.. My mother was just diagnosed with breast cancer. We do not know much but please send out your prayers and good vibes for her!!!

 

Im sorry, hope nothing too bad comes out of it.

Did you catch it early?

 

She found a lump last week, she had a biopsy and we just got the results back that there are cancerous cells. Unfortunately we will not know to what extent util later this week. So we do not know if it has spread or how fast..

 

Holy shit... After this event... What are the chances...

my cousin is a radio personality up in Bakersfield, and for breast cancer awareness month, she went and got a mammogram to promote the practice to her listeners at the station... she is only in her early 30s but the station wanted to promote awareness...

turns out she has an aggressive cancer and is in the process now of prepping for a double mastectomy...

had she not done the mammogram for the radio station, she would not have found out until way too late...

it's rough, especially at that young age...

Got some pretty good news today!! According to the doctor her cancer seems to be early stage because the tumor is small. She will be having a lumpectomy in the next couple weeks and then will undergo radiation therapy. So far that's one of the better possible outcomes! We will see how it goes from here

Thats great! If you guys need help paying medical bills you could always do another shirt fundraiser, I'm sure everyone would love to help out. Or you could just pull a breaking bad and cook meth.
