Anyone recommend a shop in South Bay (I'm around Sunnyvale/Santa Clara) if I wanted to have my Turd Gen braces powdercoated? Cost?

SRS Industrial Coatings 1597 Grant St, Santa Clara, CA. They do good work, but you'll wait.

If that grille is plastic, neither will powder-coat it for fear of melting it.

Sorry this is my first time looking into this so I didn't even think of whether the grille is plastic or not. I checked and I think it's plastic so powdercoating is out then. I can get it plastidipped though right? If so do you have shops that you recommend for that?

You can plastidip stuff with a spray can. Pretty easy DIY.
