Recently purchased a 2015 Tacoma Pre Runner four door with bad actuator motors on both drivers side doors. Fix by dealer - new actuators and labor widely documented to be about $500 per door. Found motors on Ebay for $6 each. After having done two motor replacements successfully with assorted bumps in the road along the way, found ActuatorsPlus on Ebay selling rebuilt actuators for about $50 each. After having gone through the experience, the rebuilts might be the best way to go unless you are persistent to a fault and have too much time on your hands.

Time is worth money. I checked them out. The rear doors go for ~$50... the fronts were $95. Still better than the ~$200 for Dorman and more for OEM new.

Thanks for the lead! My driver's door quit today.
