    Hello,
My 2000 SR5 is behaving oddly. While driving, the power locks will unlock and lock all on their own. I can never duplicate it under the same conditions and sometimes it’s just 3 or 4 times, other times it unlocks/locks 15 times or more in a few minutes. Never happens with the ignition off. Always when the ignition is on. Is there a relay I can replace? It shares a fuse with other components, but I cant find out if there is a dedicated relay for the locks.

    Can anyone help?

    thanks……

It has an after market alarm, which i haven’t used in 10 years.

It was pretty easy to uninstall.......but scary as hell....

I did about a years research saving links before I attempted mine....

Turns out mine was pretty simple....other than the severed white(am1) line at ignition switch....
all the rest was just line taps in various places.....like the door lock harness feed on side kick board....

My solution before that was just to pull power going to each lock under door panel each side......so no more power lock.....
at least until I'm back in a door later on to hook up again....I've gotten use to it with no power.....

Thanks…. I went ahead and pulled mine too. It remains to be seen if that was the problem.
