My 2009 sport when I bought it I had running boards installed that had lights that would come with the dome when the truck was unlocked. I took them off years ago but still had the 12v power on both sides. I put new LED lights on the frame but now there is no power to either side but the dome light still works I followed the wires and they tapped into this molex connector. What I don't understand is why the dome light still works but there is no power to either side. All fuses are good

Hood Struts, My version Fogs always ON, Map & Overhead Light Mod,
Did you verify that the "new" LED's actually work?

I am assuming they do they are brand new. Had my friend checking the wires today he says on side has 2 positive wires and it makes no sense.I'm going to delve into it more this weekend.

Good lord, what a hack job! (Particularly the wires running directly to the fuse.) If that were my truck, I'd pull everything out and start from scratch - the right way. That's just an electrical fire waiting to happen.
