Power issues-electricity

Hello,
To sum it up, I left my light bar on for a week and it drained my battery. I got it recharged at oreillys, they said it is good. I cleaned my terminals and power is coming from the battery. My light bar is getting power but the rest of the car is not. I checked my fuses; they are fine. I am a step away from bump starting it. If anybody has any ideas why ny car is not recieving power please let mw know, thanks. Also the culprit nay be mice, but maybe not.

there is a large amp fuse, 60 or 80 amp in the fuse/relay panel right next to the battery. It powers everything if I remember correctly.

 

Did the battery not hold a charge ??

Terminals clean and tight ??

What does you meter read at the battery ??
