    K, I've got a good idea where to start.

    -Take filler neck vent apart and blow air bothways at tank connection.
    -Inspect Evap vent hose
    -Research charcoal cannister

    Gotta be honest, I was very careful jacking the tank back up and had bags sealing all hoses and vents on the truck and tank while it was removed. I am not expecting to see kinks/obstructions. I hope im wrong.

    The tank is 100% full now, and by the sounds of it, I will be dropping that f'ing tank again.

    Gunna put some miles on the trail this weekend. That should burn some of that fuel up :)

    Should I cross the river again? I know I can make it!

    Oh and as far as electronics go, I think all that is down there is the vacuum pump for the evap.

    I've had pump click off problems off and on at different times and different vehicles. Before you drop your tank I'd;

    - Change gas stations a couple times to see if the gas pump is just too fast.
    - Any chance the evap got soaked and the charcoal inside as well ??

    I'd fill it up at least three times to confirm before I'd go chasing this ...

    I think you pretty much got all your potentials posted here. Go crazy OP and before doing anything, try Canufixit's method. I have had the problem on my 12 before as well. The pumps are sometimes way too fast at filling, slowing it down on the lower settings at the same station seemed to resolve the problem. If it keeps doing it then I would go about chasing the demon. If not, don't go chasing ghosts.
