Power Lock Help

Need help on power lock for the passenger side.

I've got an '01 Taco Prerunner X-cab. It doesn't have the handy remote lock/unlock gadget. Whenever I turn the key on the driver's side to the right once, it unlocks the driver's side; turning the key again, does nothing. I hate it, especially when it's freakin' cold here in MN and my girlfriend is glaring at me on from outside freezin' her hieny off. I had a '96 Taco X-cab that does just that, if I turned it twice, all doors unlock (so convienient).

Can I program it to when I turn the key twice, it unlocks both doors?
