Power seat question

I test drove a 2018 TRD OR today. The package didn't come with power seats. It had manual adjustments front/back, lumbar and backrest angle. The power seats have 10 way adjust including up and down. I'm only 5'9 165lb and seemed like my knees were sitting too high. Is there much adjustment in the height of the seat with power to straighten out knees a bit ? just need an inch or two.

It's very little adjustment. Maybe 2" total adjustment up and down. They are limited by the tiny cabin height as to how much they could do.

There were no power seats on the 2018 in any package.

Power seat isn't available till 2020 model year, in Tacoma.

 

I was relieved that my 2021 had the power option to lower the seats - my knees were just about at the steering wheel.

 

I'm 5'9'' with the power seat in my 2020 sr5. Theres plenty of adjustment to suit you. Imo, there's too much.

 

Forgot to say you can tilt the steering wheel about an inch or so to.
