Sandman, let's find a source and we'll get together and with a few brewskis get our trucks set up. I work in Cary.

@TXCotton, I'd like to revisit this bearing idea.

For the window attachment I have in mind the first "nut" lug of the window attachment scratch has designed.

I have in mind a housing over the lead screw from the motor attachment to just past the sliding window attachment. This would have to be supported on the sliding end below the window (minor modification, maybe one hole drilled). The housing would be a C-channel large enough for the window attachment to slide through. It would also cover the motor and have screws to hold it to the motor attachment. The bearing would be in the end of the housing.

The lead screw would need a metal attachment on the end to fit into the bearing.

Pictured as this but the window attachment is more square and a c-channel covering the lead screw and motor attachment.

@Scratch, could you design a cover as described above? I'd love to have TacomaWorld and some member recognition on the sides.

Essentially you would only need to print one additional length of lead screw and the pillow block. The motor and pillow block would have to be fixed on either side of the window and then you have the window mount just riding the lead screw between the two pieces. The c channel would actually end up being unnecessary I think since the support would be at the front and the back of the entire screw assembly.
I can put something together later this week. I'm traveling again next week for work (sometimes I wonder why I even bought a truck, should have bought a plane) but should be able to do something in the next few days.

Ah yes just use the front as the back too lol. Have you had a chance to whip something up? I'd still like the channel to keep ladies hair or other things from getting pulled into the lead screw.

Bah, I fail. totally forgot. I've uploaded a new window mount file to my github that has 2 new pieces for you. The first is a mount that you can insert a 608 bearing into on the non motor side of the window. If you mount the 608 block on the passenger side and the motor mount on the drivers side, you shouldn't run into any height or alignment issues with the screw and be able to reuse the motor mount.
As for the c channel, I added a 20mm x 150mm channel that can be joined together to create a large piece. I'm not fully understanding how you want to mount that up, but it should clear the lead screw pretty easily. New stuff is in the WindowMount folder.

I'm sure you could make it work with any number of different models window motors. The key here is its all custom.
