Power source for usb located on console near cig port

My USB port is not working. Hasn’t since I got the certified 6 months ago. Cig outlet works so I can charge my phone. I just want the port to work.

That USB is for connecting phone to head unit, and provides very little current to charge a phone. Probably find its working as designed but your phone requires more power than that port can provide.

 

Since your cig outlet is working, one of these would give you 3 12volt slots and 4 USB slots.
