power steering growls during a sharp low speed turn . mostly a left turn say across traffic , into a driveway etc.. only if I rush the turn does noise appear .
If I stop engine and restart the growl goes away .
I did the flush with turkey baster method . Local mechanic did a total flush .
    any thoughts ?

That would put the most load on the pump... I'd say pulley but not sure why it would "growl". Belts look good, tight, straight?

Screen might be clogged in the res. You have to remove the res to clean it.
