I jacked the truck up and turned the wheel left to right all the way about 20 times. (with the cap off) some air came out. Then started the truck up and the pump was screaming at first, I turned the wheel end to end a few times and the pump got quiet. However the reservoir still was overflowing as I was turning the wheel. It would bounce up and down as I turn the wheel. I dropped the truck and still no power. I even replaced the new pump thinking that the was defective. I'm lost!!

I also cleaned out the return line and removed the screen in the reservoir

everything is connected to the pump that needs to be. Am I missing something? Cause it all looks like it was before I took the original pump out. I've broken it down to a faulty pump. I installed two rebuilt pumps and still the same results. I'm going to try a third pump and see if it works. Thats all I have left.

Is the ground wire connected to the back of the pump?
