Power steering issue dum-Dee-dum

    2000 coma Trd limited
    10" fab tec lift 35" tires intake and straight pipe
    2000 Tacoma having trouble with the power steering, new pump and lines and a used rack...all I done was replaced the high pressure line because it was leaking and so far I've tried 2 used pumps and now a reman/new pump need help guys...I know I'm a newb and this has been posted before but I have to sell this truck please help!
