Power steering leak on 06 Tacoma 2.7L. Any advice on repairs? Mechanic swapped rack and pinion a while back and the metal tube was running against something else that caused a crack and leak.

Holy zip-ties Batman. I believe you are missing some bolts and suffer from improper line routing.

It's a fairly straight forward job.
The important parts are lock the steering wheel from turning.
And mark the steering shaft and coupler to keep the steering wheel straight on reassembly.

Holy hack mechanic Batman! There is no way there should be so many zip ties holding stuff together down there. I'd go straight back to your "mechanic" and demand a repair - the right way this time.
