Hi, I've done quite a bit of searching but can't seem to find a solution to my power steering pump pulley problem.

On my 98 Tacoma 2.7l 3RZ, I managed to slightly bend the power steering pump pulley while trying to back out a bolt through one of the holes in an attempt to remove the pump to get my cylinder head off. I should have quit when the bolt became hard to turn but I didn't... The socket was pressing into the back of the pulley, which I only realized too late.

It seems the pulley (44311-04011) has been discontinued.

Does anyone know if there are any other pulleys that might fit this power steering pump? Or is there a pump assembly with pulley that I can easily replace the existing one with?

I am extremely frustrated with myself and at a bit of a loss as to how I can go about rectifying my mistake to get my truck back up an running.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

On my 3.4 swapped 4runner the donor truck was in an accident and the power steering pump pulley was bent. So I took it off and bent it back as best I could. It still wobbles but i haven't had any problems since and its been years.

Thank you for the replies and the link!

I might try my hand at straightening the pulley before buying a new one.
