You’d better charge a lot. While it is possible to provide a charge you’d have to be hooked up for hours with the engine running to add ten miles of range.

I have a Dometic CF50 that’s been going strong for almost ten years. Been banged around all over the country and tossed around on sailboats in rough conditions. Flawless reliability and cold food/beer.

    Sure.

It’s interchangeable in common use for non-electricians. 110v/115v/120v and 220v/230v/240v are just various ways of referring to the same thing.

yea just didnt really know. if it has an outlet like that in USA does it matter what voltage it is? what ever you plug into it is prolly going to work and if it doesnt its not because of the voltage difference.

I'm 3 years in with an ICECO that has worked really well. It pulls the rated power for about 20 minutes when you first turn it on, then it slowly creeps down as it stays cool. Super happy with it, and it runs on both AC or 12 volt on the same machine. Comes with both cables. My only complaint is the interior metal film liner is not sealed in the corners (there might be a reason) so gooey stuff can creep in there.
